Meet Kumara Wilcoxon
Broker Associate, Member Of Austin’s Elite 25
Kumara Wilcoxon leads and influences Austin’s dynamic luxury real estate market. As one of Austin’s top Luxury Real Estate Agents, Kumara consistently ranks among Austin’s select multi-million dollar producers. As the number one producer company-wide for Kuper Sotheby’s six consecutive years in a row, Kumara has sold over $1 Billion throughout her career. Honored by Austin Business Journal as the top producer in the city and distinguished as a member of Austin’s Elite 25 and Luxury League, her connections to the top 1% of the industry affords her access to the most desirable properties, many of which are never listed in the highly competitive Austin luxury market.
Relationships form the basis for Kumara’s success. Her first priority is always open, honest communication with her clients. Finding the right property, or selling a home always has its rewards, but for Kumara, a life long relationship with a client brings her genuine personal satisfaction.
Kumara understands the importance of residential real estate investments. Inventory, location, price and timing are critical pieces of the process, and Kumara knows that for all the pieces to come together, her clients have to be smart and often, in the Austin market, patient. Kumara works closely with clients to find the right property at the right time in the right location. She also works with clients when listing their homes to evaluate and maximize the market opportunities.
With more than 15 years of experience, Kumara maintains a well-known presence, commitment, and passion for the intricacies of the Austin real estate market, and the Austin lifestyle. Kumara is a Cum Laude graduate from the University of Arizona with degrees in Communications and Media Arts, and a minor in Spanish. She serves on her West Austin Homeowner’s Association Board, is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and the Downtown Neighborhood Association. She also works with her favorite charities, including Dell Children’s Medical Center, the Center for Child Protection where she competed in a dance-off to help raise over $750,000 for the abused children of Austin. In addition to dancing, Kumara loves the beach, the mountains, and exercise of all kinds. In December 2012, Kumara joyfully welcomed her son Cruz into her life. In September 2016 her second son Jet was born.
